PRIDE Parade in Lihue – June 4th

One, of Kauai’s very colorful events, the PRIDE parade, starts at 10 a.m. on June 4th. Kauai’s PRIDE community and many other supporters will launch the parade from Lihue’s Vidinha Stadium along the route towards Lihue and up Rice St. to the County building where there will be a festival. Thirty floats are expected in the parade, with a variety of food trucks and music at the festival.

Rice Street will be closed from 8:30 until the end of the parade, projected to be around 10 a.m. Bring a folding chair, water and wear a hat and sunscreen. The parade is slated to start at 9 a.m.
