New Tour For Kapaa Farmer’s Market – Tasting Kauai

Every Wednesday, from 3 to 4 p.m., Tasting Kauai is providing a special one-hour class at the Kapaa Farmer’s Market where visitors (and residents) will meet local farmers and learn how to select perfect produce, learn what is in season and how to cook with a variety of fruits and vegetables. The tour provides the expertise of experienced food-writer, Marta Lane, who shares her depth of knowledge about Kauai’s organic farming practices, what products are grown on Kauai and connects those on tour to growers providing their bounty.
